Provisional Memories is a project about how we can initiate a dialogue on the importance of preserving the nostalgia of Mamashops and how they can act as a timeless platform. Provisional Memories is a project that attempts to harnesses visual communication methods to provides a multi-sensory experience of accessing nostalgia. Translating stories and spaces of the past beyond geographic locations and objects using the methods and visual treatments of new media such as 3D, Augmented Reality and Bitmapping. Envisioning how nostalgia could potentially inform the future.
